On behalf of our client, a well-established and modern pharmacy in Limassol, we are seeking to recruit a Russian Speaking Pharmacy Assistant to join their team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused professional with a passion for health, beauty, and wellness products, who enjoys working in a dynamic retail pharmacy environment and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional and friendly customer service to pharmacy visitors

• Assist customers with skincare products, dermocosmetics, and nutritional supplements

• Organize, replenish, and maintain product displays and shelves

• Operate the cash register and support daily store operations

• Ensure the pharmacy remains clean, organized, and well-presented

• Support inventory management and stock control activities

• Work closely with the pharmacy team to ensure a high standard of customer experience

Requirements

• Fluency in Russian is essential

• Good command of Greek and/or English

• Previous experience in a pharmacy, cosmetics store, beauty retail, or customer service environment will be considered an advantage

• Good knowledge of dermocosmetics and nutritional supplements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and customer-oriented approach

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

• Good computer literacy and ability to use POS/cash register systems
