We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Store Manager to oversee the operations of our Store. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, solid retail management experience, and a professional approach to customer service and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of the store
  • Lead, train, and evaluate store personnel to ensure optimal performance
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and operational objectives
  • Oversee inventory management, ordering processes, and stock control
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and animal welfare standards
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and handle escalated customer matters

Candidate Requirements:

  • A minimum of three (3) years of proven experience in a managerial role, preferably within the retail sector
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • High level of professionalism and responsibility
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
  • Knowledge of pet products and animal care will be considered an asset
