CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a leading consulting, technology and outsourcing services firm serving clients in more than 30 countries, we are seeking to recruit a Payroll Software Consultant to join their growing team based in Limassol. As a Payroll Software Consultant, you will primarily be responsible for supporting the design, configuration, implementation, and support of SAP Human Capital Management and Payroll business software. You will play a key role in delivering efficient solutions across HR, Organizational Management, Time Management, and Payroll, while ensuring compliance with local statutory regulations and best practices. Our client is seeking applicants who are ideally educated to degree level in Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field, and who possess approximately 3+ years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM and Payroll configuration, or a another comparative solution. You will have experience with SuccessFactors integration or hybrid landscapes, as well as familiarity with SAP Fiori apps for HCM and knowledge of data migration tools (LSMW). Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Analyse business requirements and translate them into SAP Human Capital Management and Payroll system solutions. 
• Configure and support SAP HCM modules, including but not limited to: 
• Organizational Management.   
• Personnel Administration.  
• Time Management.
• Payroll — international schemas.
• Manage end-to-end payroll processes, including pre and post payroll activities, statutory reporting, and retroactive accounting.
• Work closely with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate payroll data flow and compliance with legal and tax requirements.
• Develop and execute test plans, conduct UAT, and support go-live activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve HCM and payroll issues in a timely manner.
• Prepare functional specifications for custom developments and enhancements. 
• Collaborate with ABAP developers, integration teams, and external providers (e.g., banks, tax authorities). 
• Provide user training, documentation, and support for HR and payroll end-users. 

Key Skills/Experience: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Approximately 3+ years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM and Payroll configuration and support, or a similar solution. 
• Strong functional knowledge of payroll rules, schemas, and wage types. 
• Experience with internal payroll configurations. 
• Ability to write and interpret functional specifications and work with technical teams. 
• SAP Certification in HCM or Payroll is highly desirable.
• Experience with SuccessFactors integration or hybrid landscapes. 
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori apps for HCM. 
• Knowledge of data migration tools (LSMW). 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. 
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management. 
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams. 
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality and compliance.
