Leonardo Hotels & Resorts Mediterranean, is now recruiting for the position of Payroll Officer at Pafos Head Offices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and administer the hotel’s payroll efficiently and accurately.
  • Verify and reconcile timekeeping records for all employees.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations regarding payroll and taxation.
  • Collaborate with HR to update and maintain employee records, including new hires, terminations, and changes in employment status.
  • Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management as needed.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters promptly and professionally.
  • Stay informed about changes in payroll regulations and best practices.
  • Assist in preparing payroll-related documents for audits.
  • Work closely with the Finance team to reconcile payroll accounts.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in using payroll software and Microsoft Office applications will be an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Familiarity with hotel industry payroll challenges and dynamics is a plus.
  • Excellent knowledge of Greek & English language, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organisational skills.
