IronFX is a leading global online broker specializing in Forex, CFDs, Commodities and Spot Metals since 2010. Noteris Services Limited on behalf of IronFX, is looking to hire a dynamic individual to assume the role of Payroll Officer. This role includes maintaining payroll records, handling payroll queries, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and labor laws, and collaborating with HR and Finance to support compensation-related processes.

Job Description:

• Set up new employees, process changes and terminations
• Track Employee payroll deductions (life insurance, taxes, advancements)
• Compute fringe benefits, incentives, etc.
• Reconciliation of other benefits provided by the company (overtimes, bonus etc)
• Assist with the collection of medical insurance claims and providing to the insurance company
• Help with paperwork related to immigration applications process
• Assist the employees with any questions, clarifications may need regarding payroll matters
• Provide to the global payroll providers all the details needed for the preparation of the payroll
• Responsible for the proper and efficient filing of all documents relating to the above procedures
• Implementation of the Internal Regulations and procedures of the Company

Person Specification:

• University Degree in Accounting and Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field
• Previous experience in a similar position is a must
• IT literate (excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools)
• Great attention to detail
