Leonardo Hotels & Resorts Mediterranean, is now recruiting for the position of Pastry Cook at Leonardo Crystal Cove & Spa by the Sea
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepare, bake, and decorate a variety of pastries, desserts, and breads.
- Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and taste.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow recipes and adhere to safety and hygiene regulations.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to plan and execute dessert menus.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a pastry cook or relevant role.
- Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques and pastry preparation.
- Attention to detail and creativity in dessert presentation.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
