Leonardo Hotels & Resorts Mediterranean, is now recruiting for the position of Pastry Cook at Leonardo Crystal Cove & Spa by the Sea

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, bake, and decorate a variety of pastries, desserts, and breads.
  • Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and taste.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Follow recipes and adhere to safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to plan and execute dessert menus.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a pastry cook or relevant role.
  • Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of baking techniques and pastry preparation.
  • Attention to detail and creativity in dessert presentation.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
