Avlida Hotel, a 4-star hospitality establishment, is seeking an experienced and creative Part-Time Pastry Chef to join our culinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality cakes and pastries, ensuring attractive presentation, and maintaining excellent cleanliness and hygiene standards in the pastry section.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, bake, and finish cakes, pastries, and desserts to hotel standards

  • Decorate cakes professionally with attention to detail and presentation

  • Ensure pastry displays are neat, appealing, and well-presented

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic work environment at all times

  • Follow hotel food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations

  • Assist with daily pastry production for hotel operations and events

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience as a Pastry Chef and Cake Decorator

  • Strong skills in cake preparation and decoration

  • Knowledge of pastry techniques, ingredients, and baking methods

  • High standards of cleanliness and organization

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
  • Valid health certificate is obligatory
