The Outlet Manager is responsible for the smooth operation, strategic direction, and daily management of the outlet.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspires and leads the outlet’s supervisory team while actively mentoring and supporting line associates to promote a cohesive, high-performing, and quality-driven outlet.
  • Improves service by communicating and assisting individuals to understand guest needs, providing guidance, feedback, and individual coaching when needed.
  • Manages guest service delivery, ensuring a smooth, high-quality experience from arrival to departure.
  • Monitors the quality of food and beverage products to ensure that standards are met.
  • Oversees the daily operations of outlet by establishing performance standards and ensuring their consistent implementation and monitoring.
  • Manages outlet controllable expenses including cost, supplies, uniforms, and equipment.
  • Leads the recruitment and selection procedure for the Outlet team.
  • Prepares and approves duty rosters for all service associates, ensuring optimal staffing levels and effective labour cost management.
  • Empowers associates to provide excellent customer service. Establishes guidelines so associates understand expectations and parameters. Ensures they receive ongoing training to understand guest expectations.
  • Reviews guest feedback from different meal periods and adjusts service strategy to enhance experience

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hospitality related field 
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Food and Beverage Service Industry in the same position or any similar role in the Hospitality / Food & Beverage Industry
  • Previous experience with Marriot standards will be considered as an advantage
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken
  • Outstanding communication and organizational skills
  • Working knowledge of general restaurant operations, including personnel management
  • Budgeting skills to control costs
  • Strong background in HACCP procedures 
  • Excellent leadership, management, and team building skills
