We are seeking an Outlet Manager .
As an Outlet Manager you oversee the daily operations of our restaurant(s) and bar(s), ensuring exceptional service and the highest standards of guest experience!
Position: Outlet Manager (Restaurant Manager or Bar Manager) Job Type: Full time, seasonal contract starting around April 2026 Location: Corfu, Greece Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the outlet, ensuring seamless service and guest satisfaction Lead, train, and manage a diverse team, including waiters, assistant waiters, bartenders, and supervisors Ensure high standards of service, cleanliness, and presentation at all times Collaborate with the culinary and other teams to create memorable guest experiences Handle guest feedback and resolve any concerns with professionalism and courtesy Manage inventory and stock control, ordering supplies as necessary Monitor financial performance and ensure the outlet meets profitability goals Ensure the outlet adheres to health and safety standards and regulatory requirements Benefits & Offers: Competitive salary and benefits package (including accommodation and full board meals) Ongoing trainings, around department & company standards Opportunity to travel through our cross-exposure programs (work in other Banyan Group properties at the winter period) Professional development and career advancement opportunities A supportive and collaborative work environment Membership of ALL Heartist Accor staff card, offering staff rates across all Accor properties worldwide What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in a managerial role, ideally in a luxury restaurant or bar setting Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team Exceptional customer service abilities with a passion for hospitality Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage Solid understanding of 5* hospitality operations & inventory management Ability to work in a high-end, fast-paced environment A dedication to delivering a world-class guest experience How to Apply: Please send your CV to hr-corfu@angsana.com, quoting the job code: OM_0326 Angsana Corfu Resort & Spa is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
