Dart Recruitment is seeking to recruit an Operations Manager on behalf of our client, a well organised real estate development company. This role is suitable for a senior professional with strong technical understanding of construction projects and operational control.

Key Responsibilities

• Overall coordination of construction and operational activities
• Liaison with contractors, engineers, and suppliers
• Supervision of building works and project progress
• Use of project management and ERP systems
• Ensuring timelines, quality standards, and budgets are met

Candidate Profile

• Strong background in construction and building operations
• Experience managing contractors and technical teams
• Knowledge of project management ERP systems
• Excellent written and spoken Greek and English
• Organised, decisive, and able to manage multiple projects
