Operations Manager – 4 Hotel in Paphos*
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Manager to join our team at a well-established 4-star hotel in Paphos, featuring 200 rooms and located just 400 meters from the sea.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and coordinate daily hotel operations (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance).
• Ensure excellent guest experience and service standards.
• Lead, train, and motivate staff across all departments.
• Monitor budgets, cost control, and operational efficiency.
• Implement and maintain quality, health & safety, and brand standards.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in hotel management, ideally in 4* or 5* properties.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Hands-on approach with focus on guest satisfaction.
• Fluency in English (additional languages an advantage).
• EU citizenship or valid work permit for Cyprus.
