Operations Assistant Manager at Manpower Cyprus

Manpower Cyprus, on behalf of our client, a leading Fintech Group in Cyprus, is seeking to recruit an experienced and dynamic Operations Assistant Manager for an onsite role in Nicosia.

The successful candidate will oversee daily business fintech operations, optimize back-office and on-boarding processes, and lead high-performing teams to deliver exceptional client support.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage the back-office and customer support teams to ensure seamless daily operations
• Oversee the end-to-end client on-boarding process to ensure compliance and a smooth customer journey
• Direct vendor management activities, including coordinating hardware and terminal installations through third-party partners
• Supervise daily account reconciliations and ensure accuracy across financial operations of clients
• Act as the main escalation point for complex client and customer support inquiries.
• Design and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency across banking and fintech operations
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align operational workflows with the company’s strategic goals

Candidate Profile

• Current or recent experience at an Assistant Manager or Manager level within the banking or fintech sector
• Strong comprehensive understanding of banking operations, financial transaction processes, and customer support ecosystems
• Proven track record of successfully managing and developing operational teams
• Hands-on experience with vendor management, SLA monitoring, and third-party coordination
• Highly organized with strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in Greek and English
