Operational Administrator (Aviation Industry)

We are currently seeking to recruit an Operational Administrator, to be based in Nicosia, Cyprus.

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about the logistics and aviation industry? Join our dynamic group of companies as an Operational Administrator supporting our airline representation and forwarding operations in Cyprus.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Communicate daily with Export Markets, IATA agents, and forwarding cargo agents locally and abroad to manage export and forwarding requests
• Communicate with GAP and airline operations teams to assess flight cargo space availability
• Process and confirm cargo bookings in airline booking systems
• Liaise with international airlines represented by GAP Group on procedures, schedules, and pricing policies
• Monitor cargo bookings and space to ensure efficient handling
• Coordinate with airport cargo handlers for the safe processing of shipments
• Provide administrative and operational back-office support

What We’re Looking For:

• University Degree
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek
• Previous experience in logistics, forwarding, or airline customer service is an advantage
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in MS Office
