On behalf of our client, an Innovative digital solutions provider, we are looking for a motivated and determined Junior Online Payments Account Manager.

Requirements

  • BSc/MSc in Accounting / Finance / Economics / Mathematics / Statistics or any other relevant field
  • 1-3 years of relevant professional experience; prior work in an online-based company is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with advanced interpersonal abilities
  • Skilled in time management, task prioritization and meeting deadlines
  • Proactive, well-organized, and detail oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written command of English
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Curius, adaptable and eager to learn with an innovative mindset
  • Capable of working independently as well as part of a team

 

Responsibilities

  • Conduct research to identify, assess and recommend new payment methods and providers
  • Support the onboarding and online integration process for new payment providers
  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing payment providers
  • Gather and update KYC/AML and other due diligence documentation as required
  • Be updated with the latest requirements and regulations from major payment schemes to ensure full compliance
  • Enhance payment processes across frontend and backend systems to improve user experience and boost conversion rates
  • Track and analyze daily transaction data by country, issuer, card type, and other key indicators, implementing improvements as needed
  • Prepare regular – weekly, monthly – and ad hoc analytical reports to identify issues, highlight trends and recommend optimization strategies for payment performance
  • Detect and respond to suspicious or fraudulent activity, taking appropriate steps to minimize risk
  • Continuously optimize clients’ online payment systems to ensure efficiency, compliance, and long-term profitability
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries related to payments promptly and professionally
  • Generate and present detailed reports and performance insights to senior management
