About The Role ℹ️

• We’re seeking a junior-to-mid level Office Manager to strengthen our Operational function.
• In this position, you’ll ensure well-organised, efficient and fully equipped office environment.
• Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you’ll play a key role in maintaining our professional and collaborative workspace.

Our Ideal Candidate 🎯

• 2-3 years of experience in office management or business assistant roles.
• Native-level Greek speaker; fluent in English.
• Outstanding time management and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.

Key Responsibilities 📋

• Order and manage office supplies.
• Handle correspondence, couriers and deliveries.
• Maintain meeting room setups.
• Oversee office service providers (cleaners, telecommunication services).
• Process incoming and outgoing correspondence.
• Provide administrative support for team members.
