Office Administrator at First Class Homes Ltd
We are seeking a professional and friendly Administrator to join our dynamic real estate team at First Class Homes Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Assist real estate agents and office staff with administrative tasks.
- Manage office supplies, mail, and deliveries.
- Handle general office duties, such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
- Provide information about listings, open houses, and services as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Fluent greek and english
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business administration or real estate is a plus.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in a real estate setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
