We are seeking a professional and friendly Administrator to join our dynamic real estate team at First Class Homes Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
  • Assist real estate agents and office staff with administrative tasks.
  • Manage office supplies, mail, and deliveries.
  • Handle general office duties, such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
  • Provide information about listings, open houses, and services as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Fluent greek and english
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business administration or real estate is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in a real estate setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
