Main Role:

  • Managing the front desk area to ensure a professional and welcoming environment;
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services;
  • Assisting visitors and ensuring compliance with security protocols;
  • Providing general information to visitors, and staff;
  • Preparing and maintaining office documents, correspondence, and reports;
  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings;
  • Filing, scanning, and organizing records;
  • Assisting with the coordination of maintenance, repairs, and cleaning services;
  • Monitoring office equipment;
  • Supporting HR with onboarding of new employees;
  • Handling petty cash transactions;
  • Maintaining accurate records of supplier invoices and payments;
  • Supporting company events, meetings, and staff activities.

 

Candidate Profile:

  • Fluent in Greek and English languages;
  • Knowledge of an additional language will be considered as advantage;
  • Computer literate;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Strong organizational skills;
  • Pleasant personality and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
