Office Administrator/Administrative Assistant

About the role

On behalf of our client, an established accounting firm, we are looking for a reliable and organised person to support the daily office activities and assist with communication, scheduling, and basic coordination tasks. This role involves interacting with visitors, handling documents, and supporting the wider team where needed.

Main duties

  • Welcoming visitors and handling call and emails
  • Organising meetings and appointments
  • Preparing and managing documents and correspondence
  • Handling incoming and outgoing deliveries
  • Passing messages to the appropriate team members
  • Assisting with basic documentation for external authorities
  • Keeping shared areas tidy and organised
  • Providing general support to the team as required

 

What we are looking for

  • Background in business support, secretarial studies, or similar
  • Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an advantage
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Friendly and professional communication style
  • Attention to detail and a positive attitude
  • Fluency in Greek and English
  • Comfortable using basic computer tools
