Office Administrative Assistant at Manpower Cyprus
Manpower Cyprus, on behalf of a leading Fintech company, is seeking to recruit an Office Administrative Assistant for its offices in Nicosia.
Duties:
- Welcome and assist visitors as required.
- Answer and forward phone calls; respond to emails and inquiries in a professional manner.
- Ensure clear, polite and professional communication at all times.
- Organize and schedule appointments and meetings.
- Coordinate bookings for meeting rooms, conference calls, taxis, hotels or restaurants
- Maintain office supplies, contact lists and office records.
- Perform general administrative duties (filing, copying, scanning, data entry).
- Liaise with government authorities (immigration, social insurance) and represent employees when required.
- Assist with basic accounting tasks (expenses, invoices, receipts).
- Coordinate office maintenance, cleaners and service providers.
- Provide administrative support to various departments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Accounting, Office Management or a related field is a plus.
- 0–2 years of previous administrative experience.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- High level of professionalism, attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Excellent communication skills in Greek and English (Arabic will be considered an advantage).
