Manpower Cyprus, on behalf of a leading Fintech company, is seeking to recruit an Office Administrative Assistant for its offices in Nicosia.

Duties: 

  • Welcome and assist visitors as required. 
  • Answer and forward phone calls; respond to emails and inquiries in a professional manner. 
  • Ensure clear, polite and professional communication at all times. 
  • Organize and schedule appointments and meetings. 
  • Coordinate bookings for meeting rooms, conference calls, taxis, hotels or restaurants
  • Maintain office supplies, contact lists and office records. 
  • Perform general administrative duties (filing, copying, scanning, data entry).
  • Liaise with government authorities (immigration, social insurance) and represent employees when required. 
  • Assist with basic accounting tasks (expenses, invoices, receipts). 
  • Coordinate office maintenance, cleaners and service providers. 
  • Provide administrative support to various departments. 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Accounting, Office Management or a related field is a plus. 
  • 0–2 years of previous administrative experience. 
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally. 
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel). 
  • High level of professionalism, attention to detail and confidentiality. 
  • Excellent communication skills in Greek and English (Arabic will be considered an advantage).
