Work 8h a day (Monday-Sunday 9.00-23.00) About the project: You will be working for Netflix, a subscription-based streaming service that allows our members to watch TV shows and movies on an internet-connected device.
Your Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries Troubleshoot and resolve streaming issues Provide information on subscription plans Assist with account management and billing Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher-level support teams
