IT Support Engineer at Alpha.Jobs

Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for IT Support Engineer.

Salary:

– €1,600–2,300 monthly.

Employment type:

– Full-time.

Work arrangement:

– On-site in the Nicosia office, providing remote technical support to international clients.

Main duties:

– Deliver remote technical and helpdesk support.

– Diagnose and resolve a wide range of end-user and system issues.

– Install new software and complete remote upgrades.

– Administer Microsoft operating systems and desktop applications.

– Analyse incidents, prioritise work and keep users informed.

– Collaborate with other technical team members.

Requirements:

– Previous experience in a similar support position.

– Strong knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and desktop applications.

– Basic Microsoft Active Directory and Office 365 administration knowledge.

– Excellent written and spoken English.

– Ability to multitask, prioritise and work independently.

– Strong communication, organisation, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

– Ability to perform well under pressure and learn new technologies.

Schedule:

– Tuesday to Saturday.

– 15:00–23:30, including a 30-minute lunch break.
