Music Academy Teachers at Alpha.Jobs

Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Music Academy Teachers.

Salary:

– €20–€35 hourly

Employment type:

– Part-time freelance engagement

Work arrangement:

– On-site teaching in Limassol

Main duties:

– Teach individual and group lessons in violin, guitar, percussion or drums.

– Prepare lesson plans adapted to each learner’s age, level and goals.

– Prepare students for recitals, performances, examinations and competitions.

– Coach ensembles and contribute to joint school performances.

Requirements:

– Complete mastery and performance ability in the relevant instrument.

– Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a multicultural school setting.

– Commitment to child safeguarding and student welfare; background, criminal-record and reference checks may be required.

– Previous youth teaching is preferred, with private-school experience a strong advantage.

– Experience with IB, Waldorf, Montessori, TFL or similar education approaches is an advantage.

– Russian, Ukrainian or Hebrew language ability is an advantage.

Schedule:

– Generally Monday to Friday between 14:00 and 17:30, according to teaching needs.
