Mini Bar Attendant at AYA Resort Ltd

We’re looking for a dedicated Mini Bar Attendant to join our dynamic Food & Beverage team and help us maintain exceptional standards across our guest rooms.

Job Responsibilities

• Inspect, replenish, and neatly arrange minibar items in guest rooms according to AYA Resort standards.
• Accurately record consumed items and ensure correct charging in line with hotel procedures.
• Ensure minibar equipment is clean, functional, and adequately stocked at all times.
• Remove expired, damaged, or substandard items and replace them promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of minibar storage areas and trolleys.
• Follow all stock control procedures, including requisitions, inventory counts, and wastage reporting.
• Adhere strictly to revenue control, cashless transaction, and loss-prevention policies.
• Comply with all health, safety, and hygiene standards when handling minibar products.
• Respect guest privacy and strictly follow “Do Not Disturb” procedures.
• Report any minibar-related maintenance issues to the relevant department.
• Maintain a professional appearance in line with company grooming standards.
• Carry out any other duties assigned by the F&B Management team and fully adhere to AYA Resort SOPs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in housekeeping, minibar, or food & beverage operations is an advantage.
• Experience in a 4-star or 5-star hotel or resort environment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic knowledge of stock control and inventory procedures.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Trustworthy, discreet, and responsible attitude.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Comfortable working shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Good physical stamina and ability to work in outdoor conditions when required.
• Applicants must hold EU nationality with no requirement for visa sponsorship.
