AZIA RESORT & SPA, an exceptional 5 star hotel in Paphos, is looking to hire for the position of:

 

 

MICHELIN STAR – CHEF DE PARTIE FOR MICHELIN STAR NIGHTS

 

Tasks:

·        In charge of food quality for relevant restaurant

·        Coordinate and work with other cooks

 

The candidates should have:

·        Excellent knowledge of English.

·        Ready and excited to be trained by Michelin star Chef.

·        Previous experience in 4 or 5 star hotels in relevant position.

·        Full knife training.

·        Detailed knowledge of conventional, authentic and contemporary ingredients.

·        Good knowledge of different cuisines.

·        Self-discipline and strong work ethic with real pride in work.

·        Natural flair for first class food and service.

·        Team spirit and pleasant personality.

·        Energy and enthusiasm with great communication skills.
