Merchant Operations Specialist (Sliq) at GAP VASSILOPOULOS GROUP

We are looking for a Merchant Operations Specialist to join our team and ensure a seamless experience for our merchants from approval to activation. You will guide newly approved merchants through the onboarding process helping them set up their accounts and choose the right plan for their business.

In this role, you will also assist our sales team with merchant-related inquiries, ensure smooth internal coordination, and handle incoming chat requests. You will play a key role in maintaining operational efficiency and delivering an excellent merchant experience.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Guide merchants through the post-approval onboarding process, including account setup, login assistance, and plan selection
• Provide prompt and professional support via chat, email, or phone to resolve merchant inquiries
• Collaborate with the sales team to assist with merchant requests and follow-ups
• Maintain accurate merchant records and ensure smooth coordination across departments
• Identify and report common merchant challenges to improve internal processes and user experience
• Contribute to the development of onboarding materials, FAQs, and help centre content

Qualifications & Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English (additional languages are a plus)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems, dashboards, and support tools
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Collaborative team player with attention to detail and initiative
