Job Summary:

The Automotive Sales Manager will lead a multi-brand sales team focused on EV cars, BEV & ICE scooters and battery charging systems. This role involves achieving revenue goals, driving team performance, managing inventory, and maintaining exceptional customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Revenue Growth:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for EVs, scooters, and charging solutions.
  • Monitor KPIs: conversion rates, gross profit, units sold, etc.
  • Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Align inventory levels with sales targets and customer demand.

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Set goals, manage performance, and create incentive programs.
  • Lead regular sales meetings and training sessions.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Oversee a client-first sales approach from inquiry to delivery.
  • Handle escalated customer concerns and maintain satisfaction.
  • Foster long-term relationships with clients and business partners.

Operations & Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal regulations.
  • Collaborate across departments (finance, service, marketing).
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelors in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years in automotive sales; 2+ in management.
  • Experience in EV and traditional vehicle sales is a plus.
  • Knowledge of digital sales channels and CRM platforms.

Skills:

  • Strong leadership, data analysis, and communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of auto financing, leasing, and inventory control.
