Marketing Manager at the JOB HOUSE

On behalf of our client, a well-established and growing company with a strong presence in Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit a talented and ambitious professional for the position of Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company’s marketing strategy in line with overall business objectives and growth plans.
• Plan, manage and monitor the annual marketing plan and budget, ensuring effective use of resources and strong return on investment.
• Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, ensuring consistent brand positioning and communication.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer insights to identify new opportunities and continuously improve marketing initiatives.
• Manage relationships with external agencies, media partners, suppliers and other key partners to support the company’s marketing objectives.
• Oversee the development of marketing content and materials, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand presence across all customer touchpoints.
• Monitor key marketing KPIs and prepare performance reports, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Lead and develop the marketing team, setting clear objectives, encouraging collaboration and supporting continuous professional development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Marketing Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Previous experience in a marketing role, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
• Strong commercial mindset with excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and collaborate effectively with others.
• Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent organisational and project management skills.

Compensation and Benefits Offered

• The salary range for this position is €2,300 – €2,800 gross per month (negotiable)
• 13th salary.
