Marketing Manager at Golden Careers Recruitment

On behalf of our client, a well-established investment firm in Limassol, we are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join their traditional stock brokerage firm. You will be responsible for managing a team of 4 in the marketing department and will report directly to the CMO.

Job Responsibilities

• Setting up performance & branding campaigns on different platforms
• Improving the social profile of the company
• Setting up & monitoring the tracking of the traffic
• Finding new affiliate partnerships
• Exploring the AI world to see how the team can optimize further
• Developing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive client acquisition
• Ensuring all marketing activities comply with financial services regulations
• Leading and mentoring the marketing team
• Analyzing campaign performance and optimizing conversion funnels
• Collaborating with compliance teams on marketing material approval

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a marketing manager or head of marketing
• Fluent English is a must, any additional language is a plus
• Experience with Google Ads, Analytics, Tag Manager
• Experience with META & YouTube studio advertising
• Eager to explore how AI can boost the marketing efforts
• Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms
• Proven track record in B2C marketing
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making
• Knowledge of SEO/SEM strategies
• Experience managing marketing teams and budgets
