Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with company objectives through market research, audience analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
• Plan and execute campaigns that enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth.
• Ensure brand consistency across all business units, maintain brand guidelines, and safeguard company reputation.
• Manage advertising and promotional activities across traditional and digital channels, including influencer collaborations and media partnerships.
• Oversee websites, e-commerce platforms, and social media presence to optimize visibility and performance.
• Conduct market research, monitor consumer behaviour and competitor activity, and track KPIs to refine strategies.
• Build strong partnerships with agencies, media, and local stakeholders to expand brand presence.
• Manage marketing budgets, allocate resources effectively, and report on return on investment.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the marketing team, ensuring a creative and results-driven environment.
• Stay updated on industry developments, trends, and emerging technologies to keep strategies innovative.
• Support management in corporate communications and media relations.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in a similar role.

Skills:

• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Suite, Wordpress, WooCommerce, Google Ads & Analytics.
• Knowledge of SEO, social media management, content marketing, and email campaigns.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Strong time management, planning, and organizational abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken.
