Key responsibilities:

• Lead annual and long-term marketing strategy.
• Develop and execute integrated brand plans across ATL, BTL, digital and activations.
• Identify market opportunities, category trends and growth drivers.
• Align marketing strategy with sales priorities and business goals.
• Supervise and support brand management activities.
• Monitor brand performance, KPIs and ROI.
• Manage marketing budgets and optimise spending.
• Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders.

Candidate profile:

• Strategic and commercially driven mindset.
• Strong marketing planning and execution skills.
• Experience in brand, portfolio and performance management.
• Ability to lead projects and coordinate with different departments.
