Marketing Manager at Alpha.Jobs

Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Marketing Manager.

Salary:

– €2,000–5,000 per month.

Employment type:

– Full-time, permanent, senior-level role.

Work arrangement:

– Hybrid in Limassol, with three days per week from home.

Main duties:

– Own the quarterly marketing plan, priorities and budget.

– Operate and connect the marketing technology stack, including Clay, Apollo, Lemlist and HubSpot.

– Build outbound campaigns from prospect lists through message sequences and maintain reliable CRM data.

– Manage Google and LinkedIn campaigns using performance data.

– Lead website, SEO and AEO work, support product launches, and coordinate agencies, designers and freelancers.

– Plan conferences, materials, messaging and follow-up campaigns, with occasional travel.

Requirements:

– Around 3–6 years in marketing, growth or demand generation.

– Daily practical use of AI tools and confidence with automation between platforms.

– Generalist, hands-on approach with strong ownership and numerical judgement.

– Professional fluency in English and Greek.

Schedule:

– Flexible hours; Fridays finish at 14:00.
