Marketing Coordinator at Golden Careers Recruitment

Our client is a fast-growing real estate development company in Limassol with strong sales growth, active projects, and a premium residential and commercial portfolio. They are currently looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join their team.

The Marketing Coordinator will support the execution of campaigns, project launches, and day-to-day marketing operations, ensuring all materials are delivered on time, on brief, and aligned with brand standards. This is a hands-on role across digital marketing, content creation, and project coordination, offering strong exposure to real estate marketing and brand development.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage landing pages, website content, and listings on real estate platforms, ensuring accuracy, current visuals, and pricing
• Own SEO execution: Google Maps listings, on-page SEO, and the blog content calendar
• Coordinate end-to-end project launches — assets, timelines, listings, and cross-team alignment between sales, design, and leadership
• Run the newsletter programme (Mailchimp / HubSpot) and coordinate with PR agencies on content distribution
• Manage the production and delivery of marketing materials — CGIs, brochures, floor plans, videos, signage — ensuring brand consistency across every touchpoint
• Track and report performance across email, listings, and digital channels, contributing to weekly and monthly marketing reviews

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• 2–4 years in a marketing coordination or similar role
• Working knowledge of HubSpot or Mailchimp, and a solid grasp of SEO fundamentals
• Familiarity with real estate platforms and digital listings
• Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
• Experience in real estate or property marketing is a plus
