What You’ll Do:

• Craft and lead bold marketing and communication strategies that resonate with today’s digital-first audiences
• Own and innovate across all channels — social media, digital storytelling, influencer partnerships, newsletters, websites, and in-cinema activations
• Bring your creative vision to life through engaging content and high-energy film premieres, seasonal campaigns, and cool promotional events
• Manage media relations, PR, and internal communications fluently in Greek and English, blending creativity with strategic messaging
• Use analytics and market insights to fine-tune campaigns and maximize impact and ROI
• Build meaningful connections with vendors, creators, media influencers, and cinema fans alike

What We’re Looking For:

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields
• 2–3 years of hands-on marketing experience, ideally with a flair for entertainment, retail, or hospitality
• A true film lover with a passion for storytelling and emerging trends in cinema and marketing
• Fluent in Greek and English with excellent communication skills
• Digital native mindset: social media, content creation, influencer marketing, and analytics are your playgrounds
• Strong leadership qualities, organization, and project management skills
• Flexible to attend exciting events, premieres, and late-night campaigns
