Marketing and Sales Executive in Hotels & Short-Term Rentals
Our company operates in Hotels and Short-term rental properties.
We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Marketing and Sales Executive to join our hospitality team.
The ideal candidate will focus on promoting rental properties, driving bookings, and expanding our guest base while maximizing occupancy and revenue.
This role requires both sales skills to attract new clients and marketing expertise to effectively showcase our properties.
Sales Responsibilities: Generate and convert leads to increase occupancy.
Build relationships with new and existing clients, including travel agents, corporate partners, and repeat guests.
Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to meet revenue and booking targets.
Negotiate contracts, close deals, and maintain a database of clients.
Monitor competitor pricing and industry trends to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Marketing Responsibilities: Develop and execute online marketing campaigns to promote properties on platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, and the company’s website.
Manage and optimize social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) to increase brand visibility and engage potential guests.
Create compelling content for digital and offline channels, including property listings, photos, and promotional videos.
Collaborate with the design team to create marketing materials (flyers, brochures, and online ads).
Implement email marketing campaigns to drive direct bookings and promote special offers.
Track and analyze the performance of marketing efforts, using insights to adjust strategies and improve ROI.
Guest Engagement: Respond to guest inquiries and reviews across online platforms, ensuring excellent customer service.
Implement and manage loyalty programs, referral schemes, and special promotions to increase guest retention.
Organize and participate in promotional events, webinars, and open houses to attract prospective guests.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the hospitality or real estate sector.
Familiarity with short-term rental platforms (Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com) and experience managing property listings.
Strong digital marketing knowledge, including SEO, social media, and Google Ads.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Data-driven mindset with experience using marketing and CRM tools.
