Adecco is currently seeking, on behalf of its client, a leading company in the Media, Marketing & Digital Performance industry, for a dynamic professional to cover the following position: Performance Marketing Specialist Job Description: • Manage and optimize day-to-day campaigns across Google Ads, Social Media platforms, and other digital advertising channels. • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with clients’ business objectives and performance targets. • Monitor campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities, and ensure achievement of agreed KPIs. • Communicate regularly with clients to present results, recommendations, and strategic insights. • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports, analyzing key metrics and campaign effectiveness. • Collaborate with account teams to generate actionable insights and support decision-making through data analysis. • Conduct audience and market research to better understand consumer behavior, media consumption habits, and targeting opportunities. • Ensure effective campaign pacing, budget allocation, and timely delivery of accurate performance reporting. • Support the implementation of best practices across paid search, paid social, and digital media activities.
