Luxury Leisure Sales Manager at Alpha.Jobs

Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Luxury Leisure Sales Manager.

• €2,800–€3,000 per month

Main duties:

• Develop targeted sales strategies with senior commercial leadership to grow luxury-leisure revenue.
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients and increase repeat and direct business.
• Develop partnerships with luxury consortia and affiliations in the UK market.
• Represent the hotel portfolio at international luxury-travel events, roadshows and networking forums.
• Coordinate campaigns, promotions, seasonal offers and digital initiatives with Marketing and Revenue teams.
• Serve as the main contact for key UK leisure clients and maintain a highly personalised service standard.
• Prepare pipeline, sales-performance and KPI reports for senior leadership.
• Monitor market trends and guest preferences and support the wider sales team with best practices.

Requirements:

• Eight to ten years’ sales experience in luxury hospitality or travel, focused on leisure.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field; postgraduate study is advantageous.
• Strong luxury-leisure market knowledge and an established professional network.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Fluent English; Greek or additional languages are strong assets.
• Experience with sales-reporting tools and a data-driven approach.
• Ability to travel internationally and familiarity with AI-enabled tools.
• UK residence or ability to work closely with the UK market is preferred.
