We are working closely with a leading company in the iGaming entertainment sector based in Limassol and we are looking to recruit a Legal Operations Specialist / Paralegal.

A rapidly growing and highly successful company based in Limassol is seeking a dynamic Legal Operations Specialist / Paralegal to join a fast-paced multicultural environment.

On behalf of our client we are seeking a highly organised and proactive Legal Operations Specialist / Paralegal to support the day to-day functioning of their Legal Department.

This role combines legal administrative expertise with legal operations know-how, helping to streamline processes, manage legal tools and systems, and ensure the efficient delivery of legal services across the business.

The successful candidate will work closely with our client’s in-house legal team and cross-functional departments, supporting both routine legal matters and strategic projects in areas such as contract management,

corporate governance and compliance.

Responsibilities

Legal Operations

• Support the implementation and optimisation of legal processes, workflows, and systems (e.g. task management tools, online contract management tools and portals etc).

• Maintain legal databases and document repositories, ensuring accessibility and version control.

• Assist in the onboarding and management of external legal providers.

• Support regulatory compliance and risk initiatives by coordinating filings, reports, and policy reviews.

Paralegal Support

• Draft, review, and manage standard legal documents including NDAs, service agreements, and internal templates.

• Coordinate the execution, notarization, legalisation, and filing of corporate and commercial documents.

• Support entity management and corporate secretarial tasks (e.g., maintaining statutory registers, board meeting coordination, annual filings).

• Conduct basic legal research and compile summaries or briefing notes for legal and business stakeholders.

• Monitor and follow up on legal deadlines and compliance obligations across jurisdictions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field. Paralegal certification would be considered as an advantage.

• 3+ years’ experience in a legal, corporate, or legal operations environment.

• Familiarity with contract review and corporate governance practices.

• Experience with legal technology platforms (e.g. CLM, e-signature tools, entity management software, task management tools).

• Excellent organisational and project management skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English (additional languages are a plus).

• High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive and confidential information.

• Experience in a fast-paced, international environment (e.g. tech, SaaS, regulated industries).

• Proactive mindset with a focus on process improvement and efficiency.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision

Fluency in English and Greek with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
