Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Lecturer in Graphic Design.

Salary:

• €2,423 monthly

Employment type:

• Full-time, initial three-year appointment

Work arrangement:

• On-site in Larnaca.

Main duties:

• Teach Graphic Design in one or more areas including typography, print, brand identity, infographics, editorial design, visual communication, digital design, digital art, visual composition, illustration and graphic communication.
• Deliver higher-education teaching and contribute professional-practice and research expertise.
• Participate as a collaborative member of the academic team and support continuing professional development and professional training where relevant.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree and fluent English are essential.
• Higher-education teaching experience and professional-practice experience in Graphic Design.
• A PhD, or submitted thesis awaiting viva, and a research record are normally expected, although a PhD is not essential for specialised practice areas where doctorates are uncommon.
• Professional qualifications and experience in continuing professional development or professional training are advantages.
