Lead Brand Designer at Neo Group

We are on the lookout for a Lead Brand Designer to join our Design Department.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine brand assets such as typography, color palettes, guidelines, and design templates
• Own and evolve the visual identity across all brands and products
• Create visual materials to support brand communication and internal needs
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional design teams to ensure cohesive brand storytelling
• Lead brand consistency across all touchpoints (SMM, CRM, product, marketing)
• Define and maintain brand guidelines and ensure their correct implementation
• Review and provide feedback on design outputs to maintain high quality standards
• Drive creative direction for campaigns, launches, and key visuals
• Support and mentor designers in brand-related tasks

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in brand design or similar role
• Strong portfolio demonstrating brand systems and visual identity work
• Strong understanding of typography, composition, color theory, and visual hierarchy
• Experience building and maintaining brand guidelines
• Ability to think strategically and translate business goals into visual solutions
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator

Nice to have:

• Experience in performance marketing
• Experience working with motion or 3D teams
• Experience leading or mentoring designers
• Understanding of marketing funnels and user behavior
