Kitchen Assistant – Nicosia at UMAMI Sushi and Pan Asian

At UMAMI Sushi & Pan Asian, we are proud to deliver high-quality food and a memorable experience to every guest, whether they dine in, take away, or order delivery. We are now looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Kitchen Assistants to join our growing team at Strovolos, Nicosia.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation and execution of dishes according to UMAMI standards
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in the kitchen area
• Assist the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Handle kitchen equipment safely and responsibly
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health regulations

Requirements

• Previous experience in a kitchen role will be considered an advantage (not required)
• Strong teamwork and a positive attitude
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in Greek and/or English
• EU citizenship or legal right to work in Cyprus (no visa sponsorship)
• Reliability, professionalism, and willingness to learn
