Junior Technical Support Engineer (Security and Smart Home) at Alpha.Jobs

Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Junior Technical Support Engineer (Security and Smart Home).

Salary:

• €1,700–€1,900 per month, based on knowledge and experience.

Employment type:

• Full-time.

Work arrangement:

• On-site.

Main duties:

• Support business customers using CCTV, security and smart home equipment by phone, email and in person.
• Keep up to date with the equipment and related technologies.
• Advise customers before purchase and help select and plan solutions for small and medium projects.
• Provide after-sales support and assist with repair or reprogramming of faulty equipment in consultation with manufacturers.

Requirements:

• At least two years of experience with CCTV and smart home products.
• Good understanding of networks and networking equipment.
• Excellent Greek and English.
• Good Microsoft Office skills.
• A customer-service focus and ability to work as part of a team.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00.
