Position: JuniorRecruitment Consultant
Our team is getting bigger! We are looking to hire an enthusiastic Junior Recruitment Consultant to join our team. An outstanding candidate should be detail-oriented and able to demonstrate excellent administrative and organizational skills within the team.
Responsibilities:
- Update the company’s database with requested information.
- Screening resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
- Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate suitability based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, candidates, and stakeholders to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market insights, and recruitment best practices to advise clients and candidates effectively.
- Post job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms.
- Utilize social media channels to advertise the company and attract potential candidates and clients.
- Provide support to the team with any related tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- BSc in Human Resource management, Business or related field.
- 1-2 years of related experience will be considered as an advantage.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package and IT literacy.
- The ability to work as part of a team.
- Excellent command of Greek and English language, both verbal and written.
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Detail-oriented person.
- Any familiarity with Recruitment software will be considered as an advantage.
