Position: JuniorRecruitment Consultant

Our team is getting bigger! We are looking to hire an enthusiastic Junior Recruitment Consultant to join our team. An outstanding candidate should be detail-oriented and able to demonstrate excellent administrative and organizational skills within the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Update the company’s database with requested information.
  • Screening resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
  • Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate suitability based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, candidates, and stakeholders to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market insights, and recruitment best practices to advise clients and candidates effectively.
  • Post job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms.
  • Utilize social media channels to advertise the company and attract potential candidates and clients.
  • Provide support to the team with any related tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • BSc in Human Resource management, Business or related field.
  • 1-2 years of related experience will be considered as an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package and IT literacy.
  • The ability to work as part of a team.
  • Excellent command of Greek and English language, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented person.
  • Any familiarity with Recruitment software will be considered as an advantage.
