Our client — a fast-growing company in the iGaming sector — is looking for a Junior HR & Business Assistant to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career who wants to grow in HR, recruitment, and business operations. You’ll be involved in real projects and work closely with experienced professionals.
About the Role
As a Junior Assistant, you’ll support recruitment activities and assist with day-to-day operations. You’ll work cross-functionally with different teams and gain experience in a dynamic, international environment.
Your Responsibilities
Recruitment Support:
● Assist with sourcing and screening candidates across departments (Product, Marketing, Tech, Support, Compliance)
● Help schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
● Support in maintaining candidate databases and recruitment reports
Business & Admin Support:
● Help organize meetings, prepare documentation, and track tasks
● Assist with research and internal reporting
● Coordinate basic communication between teams and external partners
● Handle general administrative duties as needed
