Junior Fleet Personnel Officer at Alpha.Jobs

Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Junior Fleet Personnel Officer.

Salary:

– €1,250–1,650 per month.

Employment type:

– Full-time.

Work arrangement:

– Based in Limassol.

Main duties:

– Ensure assigned vessels have sufficient personnel to operate safely and efficiently.

– Support sourcing, recruitment, selection, scheduling, briefings and ongoing seafarer management.

– Apply crewing procedures and coordinate cost-effective crew changes and travel budgets with manning offices.

– Assist officer planning and maintain daily communication about crew changes.

– Monitor crew performance and help prepare annual crew budgets.

– Support other crewing projects when required.

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree is advantageous.

– Very good English.

– Strong organisation, attention to detail and computer literacy.
