On behalf of our client, a well established and growing property development company based in Larnaca, we are seeking to recruit a Junior Civil Engineer / Junior Architect to join their team. The company is actively involved in the development of high quality residential and commercial projects, maintaining a strong reputation for organized project execution, modern developments, and professional standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the coordination and supervision of construction and development projects

• Support daily site operations and monitor project progress

• Review architectural and construction drawings and assist with project documentation

• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams

• Assist in ensuring projects are completed according to specifications, timelines, and quality standards

• Support the preparation of reports, schedules, and technical documentation

• Monitor materials, site activities, and project requirements

• Assist with communication between site and office teams

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and construction standards

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture

• Previous experience in construction, site supervision, or property development will be considered an advantage

• Good understanding of construction drawings and technical documentation

• Fluency in Greek and good communication skills in English

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

• Knowledge of AutoCAD or other relevant software will be considered an advantage

• Organized, responsible, and eager to learn

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• EU citizenship is required
