Junior Architect

Location: Nicosia, Cyprus

Dart Recruitment is seeking to recruit a Junior Architect on behalf of a dynamic and design driven architectural practice based in Nicosia. The firm is recognised for its modern architectural approach, strong technical expertise and use of advanced BIM technologies. With a portfolio that includes high quality residential and commercial developments, the company combines creativity with precision, delivering innovative and functional design solutions.

This role is ideal for an ambitious architect with up to 5 years of experience who is looking to grow within a collaborative and forward thinking environment.

Working Days and Hours

• 5 days per week

• Flexible schedule: 08:00 to 16:00 or 09:00 to 17:00

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development of architectural concepts and detailed drawings

• Prepare BIM models and technical documentation

• Assist in design coordination with consultants and internal teams

• Contribute to presentations and visual material

• Participate in project execution under supervision

Required Knowledge

• BIM software: ArchiCAD or Revit

• AutoCAD

• SketchUp

• Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign

• Microsoft Office applications

Candidate Profile

• 0 to 5 years of professional experience

• Fluency in Greek and English

• Team player with strong communication skills

• Goal oriented mindset

• Strong problem solving abilities

• Willingness to take initiative and responsibilities

Remuneration

• Net monthly salary ranging between 1300 and 1700 euros depending on experience

• Performance bonus equal to one monthly salary
