About the Role

FINANCIAL SERVICES AND BANKING LTD is looking for a motivated Junior Accountant with fluency in Russian to join our team in Paphos. The ideal candidate will assist in daily accounting operations, financial reporting, and support the finance department in ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day accounting tasks

• Prepare and maintain financial records

• Support monthly and annual closing processes

• Communicate effectively with Russian-speaking clients and colleagues

• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)

• Fluency in Russian (mandatory) and good knowledge of English or Greek

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work as part of a team
