Web Theoria is looking to recruit a Junior Accountant in Larnaca.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable, including processing invoices, recording payments, and reconciling vendor statements.
• Communicate with clients to follow up on outstanding payments.
• Preparation of VAT returns.
• Preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets.
• Maintaining and updating customer records and spreadsheets.
• Placing orders for office supplies.
• Record and manage files using Google Sheets.
• Executing online payments with accuracy and efficiency.
• Office administrator duties

Requirements

• Qualification in elementary or intermediate accounting or a related field will be considered a plus.
• Proficiency in Greek and English (written and spoken).
• Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• A professional and responsible approach with a strong sense of commitment.
• Excellent computer skills, including Excel, and MS Office applications.
