IT Support & System Administrator at D.E. Lavoro Agency Ltd
We are partnering with a rapidly growing international brokerage firm headquartered in Limassol, operating within the global financial services sector. As the organisation continues to expand, they are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Support & System Administrator to join their IT team. This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of internal systems, supporting end-users, and maintaining a secure and efficient IT infrastructure across the business.
Key Responsibilities
IT Infrastructure & Asset Management
- Maintain and support company IT equipment including laptops, desktops, peripherals, and network devices
- Manage IT inventory, ensuring accurate tracking of hardware and software assets
- Configure, deploy, and maintain devices for new and existing employees to support seamless onboarding and offboarding processes
Systems Administration
- Administer domain environments including user accounts, permissions, and group policies
- Manage corporate email and collaboration platforms such as Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace
- Perform regular system updates, backups, and maintenance to ensure stability, security, and data integrity
Application & CRM Support
- Provide administration and technical support for CRM systems and other business-critical applications
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve system-related issues and improve application performance
IT Support
- Deliver responsive first- and second-line IT support to internal users across hardware, software, and network issues
- Troubleshoot incidents, identify root causes, and escalate where necessary
- Guide users on IT best practices and cybersecurity awareness
Security & Compliance
- Ensure IT operations comply with internal policies and industry regulatory standards
- Monitor systems for potential security risks and support implementation of preventative measures
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain clear and up-to-date IT documentation, including system configurations and user guides
- Support reporting on IT incidents, asset management, and operational performance
Candidate Profile:
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience in IT support, system administration, or similar technical roles
- Strong knowledge of Windows environments, Active Directory, and Group Policies
- Experience administering Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace
- Hands-on experience supporting CRM systems or enterprise applications
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience
Nice to Have
- Experience with IT ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, Zendesk)
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS or Azure)
- Awareness of cybersecurity principles and best practices
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco, etc.)
