IT Support Officer at Ultar Holdings Ltd

Ultar Holdings Ltd currently has an exciting, full-time career opportunity for an IT Support Officer, at our Offices in Limassol. The ideal candidate will join a fast-growing IT environment and will have extensive networking and systems administration skills.

 

 Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Configuring new users;
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests;
• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary;
• Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone).

 

Working Schedule: 

• Monday – Thursday 09:00-18:00 or 08:00-17:00 with one (1) hour break.
• Friday 09:00–15:00 or 08:00-14:00 with half-hour break (30 minutes).
• Working shifts are applicable on a rotation basis.

 

Candidate Profile:

• 1-year hands-on experience;
• Experience in Windows operation systems;
• Experience with PC and Mac hardware, Printers and Computer peripherals;
• Knowledge of the TCP/IP protocol;
• Proven experience and knowledge in Microsoft server infrastructures and Microsoft OS installations
• Availability to work in dynamic working hours;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Excellent knowledge of the English language;
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment;
• Knowledge of Google G Suite Products will be considered an advantage;
